Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Aerio's web application and the Aerio Owner and Aerio Pilot mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Aerio provides software for aircraft scheduling, dispatch coordination, charter operations, and related operational workflows. Access is invite-only and managed by your organisation or Aerio staff.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must use accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be authorised by your organisation to access the data and features assigned to your role.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt other users
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law
• Use the Service in violation of aviation or other applicable regulations

Your content and operational data

You and your organisation retain rights in the operational data you submit. You grant Aerio a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service for your organisation.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with providers such as authentication, hosting, email, maps, or push notification platforms. Their terms apply to their services.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Aerio does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Aerio is a software tool and does not replace required operational, safety, or regulatory decision-making by qualified personnel.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if your organisation ends its relationship with Aerio. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
